7 Tonne Daily Models Cause a Stir

Since the launch of the 7 tonne Daily Models in July 2010, Northern Commercials seen a lot of interest in the new heavy duty van, chassis cab and crew cab configurations. Orders have already been placed for the new models with more expected to flood in.

So what’s all the fuss about:

– A fully-laden 7.0 tonne ECODAILY can transport a load equivalent to more than that of three regular 3.5
tonners combined

– Gives light vehicle operators the ability to reduce their total emissions by over 60 per cent

– Increase payload capacity, over 4,700 kg of body and payload capacity for chassis cab models – more
than many medium range trucks

– Perfect for delivering heavy goods in urban environment, without the need of a large truck, thanks to a
narrow chassis width of just 2,174 mm

– One of the largest panel vans available on the market in the UK, offering a load carrying capacity of
17.2m³ and enables up to six Euro pallets to be carried

The new 7 tonne range includes a Daily Chassis Cab and Crew Cab version, plus the enhanced environmentally friendly ECODAILY van, chassis cab and crew cab.
