Position: Commercial Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
Location: Irlam Wharf Road, Irlam, Manchester
Hours: Shifts will vary between 06.00-14.00 and 14.00-22.00, to be arranged. Must be willing to complete overtime where necessary
Salary: attractive rates of pay dependent on experience

Northern Commercials Ltd, one of the leading Iveco dealers in the UK are looking to recruit a number of experienced and enthusiastic technicians with the drive and determination to succeed. As a proactive member of the dealership’s team you will be required to run an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Main duties will include: Repair and maintain vehicles to VOSA standards, carry out MOT preparations and carry out fault finding and rectification. As a self-motivated mechanic, you will be involved in problem identification, and rectification to dealer standards. Working as part of an enthusiastic team, you will be reporting to the line manager to ensure smooth running of day to day operations.
Experience Required: The ideal candidates for this role will have commercial vehicle experience and will be able to demonstrate initiative, and be able to carry out tasks to an excellent standard. An HGV licence would be advantageous but not essential.
