Fiat Professional comes out on top with industry decision makers

The UK Fleet Van Market Report 2018 by Sewells Research & Insight involves a customer satisfaction survey of over 1,000 ‘fleet decision makers’ who are responsible for running vehicle fleets ranging from a couple of vans to several thousand. Fiat were amongst 13 van manufacturers judged on 33 criteria covering areas such as vehicle performance and aftersales support.

Fiat were the top scoring manufacturer, scoring ‘very satisfied’ on 14 of the 33 categories, placing above Mercedez Benz who scored ‘very satisfied’ in 13 of the 33 categories. This gave Fiat the best overall ratings in the survey. Fiat also came out on top in the ‘availability of conversion options’ and the ‘proximity of servicing facility’ KPI measurements.
