IVECO to plant a tree for every new vehicle sold

IVECO has always been a strong leader in alternative fuel developments for the past 20 years with new natural gas and electric models aiming to drastically reduce carbon emissions. IVECO are now going above and beyond to help cut emissions and help protect our planet with a new partnership with The Future Forest Company.

Their new initiative promises to plant a tree for every new IVECO sold from the start of 2022, helping IVECO fulfil their pledge to remove 1,000,000 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere by 2030. IVECO’s head of Brand Marketing and Communication Lisa Fuller commented “IVECO is very proud to be part of this initiative that enhances our work towards a sustainable future. Our electric and biomethane-compatible vehicles dramatically cut emissions, while every new tree planted will help tackle carbon existing in the atmosphere.”

Our customers have already helped us plant over 200 trees, helping reduce emissions and create new habitats for our wildlife.

Our new IVECO natural gas variants use biomethane to reduce CO2 by up to 95%, while our eDaily models uses an electric engine with a towing capability of 3.5 tonnes.
