One of our motorhome customers needed their vehicle servicing in a short amount of time and the team was on hand at our Leeds Service Department.

We recently purchased a Fiat IH Motor Home, and were returning from a winter holiday in Spain when we experienced severe burning from the clutch. At this point the vehicle had 2,500 miles on the clock. We contacted IH, who after consultation suggested that the best people to deal with the problem, was yourselves.
I am so pleased that we brought the Motor Home to your company because the handling of the problem was excellent, Ian inspected and carried out an extensive test on the vehicle, and identified that indeed the clutch required replacement and he would request Fiat warranty for a clutch replacement. I was kept informed throughout the process and when permission was given they had clearly put in place some forward planning, as the clutch was fitted the same day, to allow me to return home to the South.”
