Service Advisor – Tonbridge

Located at our Hildenborough site there is an opportunity that has come up for an individual to work within a busy Commercial Vehicle Service Department. As a proactive member of the dealership’s team, you will be required to contribute towards an efficient operation in the Service Department, always ensuring customer satisfaction. Can communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all levels. An eye for supporting customers’ needs and strong communication skills are paramount.

As a Service Advisor you will always ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care for vehicle servicing and repair. As a Service Advisor you are the principle point of contact for all customer communication while the vehicle is in our Dealership.

• Collection & delivery of vehicles to and from customers/external contractors.
• Fuelling and assisting with movement of vehicles within the yard.
